                                             MISCONDUCT & RESEARCH INTEGRITY  POLICY

1.      All submissions must reflect uncompromised truthfulness and honesty; data fabrication of any kind is strictly prohibited.
2.      Plagiarism in any form will result in immediate rejection.
3.      Authors must disclose any conflicts of interest, funding sources, and any prior publications that overlap with the submitted work.
4.      The journal mandates transparent authorship criteria - gift authorship or omission of contributors undermines scientific credibility.
5.      Ethical approval from an authorized Institutional Review Board (IRB) must be documented for all research manuscripts.
6.      Any suspected misconduct will trigger an independent inquiry by the RLKU Research Ethics Committee, with findings reported confidentially to the involved parties only.
7.      Confirmed violations may lead to manuscript withdrawal, ban from future submissions and notification of employing institutions.
8.      Reviewers and editors are obligated to uphold confidentiality, avoid bias, and report any observed improprieties.
9.      By submitting, authors affirm adherence to this policy, acknowledging the fact that integrity is the cornerstone of scientific progress.
10.  Together, we safeguard the trust of the scholarly community and ensure that every discovery published under PANACEA stands as a beacon of truth.
